Meet Tina L. Dippert, MPA

During my journey from a corporate paralegal assisting with entity formations and corporate compliance, to a nonprofit professional striving to improve the common good, I came to a startling conclusion. The reason so many nonprofits struggle has nothing to do with their mission. There’s a gap between what they want to achieve and how they get there.

Time and again, I witnessed shortfalls in a nonprofit's organizational infrastructure and data management practices. And while fundraising may be the fuel that gets you to your destination, organizational infrastructure and data management practices are the vehicle itself.

The more I worked with nonprofits, the more I saw how optimizing these valuable resources could increase productivity and decrease the strain on capacity. Improving these factors can empower your team while establishing clear guidelines for success. And as a result, your fundraising will become easier and much more predictable.

How do you achieve your most ambitious goals? You need a strong foundation and an experienced guide. Someone who can balance the pragmatic and the ideal. Founded on bold principles with a strong vision, your nonprofit will only thrive when it’s supported by the right structure. Your leadership team needs to excel with the fundamentals if you want your nonprofit to thrive.

That’s where I come in. Many consultants for nonprofits have no problem giving advice. But it’s actions that count. Your mission is too valuable to be subjected to ideas without implementation. I hold myself to a higher standard: your success. My goal is for you to become so successful that you must find another dream.

Tina assessed our data management processes regarding our annual fundraising event and then worked with our staff and volunteers to assure our data’s accuracy while streamlining and standardizing procedures. The results were thank you letters and receipts that were accurate and sent in a timely manner, and a more robust database. In addition, Tina was able to address capacity issues at the same time so the new processes minimalized the strain put on staff during our event. Equally as important, Tina is versatile, easy to work with and was committed to the highest standard of work throughout the project.
