Services
Let's get your nonprofit where you want it to go through the development of a strong infrastructure and solid data management practices.
Potential board members, staff and donors can quickly assess your organization’s aptitude to reach its goals by reviewing its infrastructure and data management practices. Is your organization up to this scrutiny by key stakeholders? Does your nonprofit exemplify the highest professional standard so you can attract and maintain the support you need to fulfill your mission? I can build your infrastructure and data management practices so you answer these questions with a “YES!” and put your organization on the path to success.
Overview
An examination of the current organizational infrastructure will determine whether your organizational infrastructure is in alignment with your mission and vision. Opportunities to maximize productivity with the same or lower budget are also investigated, and leadership and counsel are provided during the transition to a new way of serving your constituents.

Consultancy That Addresses Capacity
I recognize that while a strong infrastructure and effective data management practices can assist with capacity-building, capacity limitations are often an obstacle for addressing these same efforts. Often consultants are perceived as a strain on capacity, instead of a solution. This is why I offer to act as a short-term contractor to do the hands-on work that is so often needed to help your team overcome “growing pains.”
